Fior di Sole
Our Fior di Sole is a caciotta-like cheese, with a soft, creamy but compact texture. The sweet taste conquers anyone and its delicate soul makes it versatile and suitable for various gastronomic preparations and plain consumption.
Soppressa Typical of Lessinia
An evergreen of local cuisine, with anciently poor origins and a strong and characteristic taste. Our suppressed is handcrafted, the meat used comes from local farms where the animals are free to move and enjoy the riches of the area. Excellent to accompany our cheeses on a platter or to be enjoyed in the traditional way, with fresh bread or polenta.
Montanaro
Our Montanaro is a whole mountain milk cheese from Lessinia. The maturing period varies from a minimum of 3 months up to 6 months, it has a compact texture with small holes. On the palate it has a sweet and savory taste.
Giardiniera from Lessinia
The vegetable garden is a real effort, but with our Giardiniera every effort is rewarded: a true concentrate of goodness at zero-food-miles, with fresh and seasonal vegetables, processed thanks to an basic recipe that preserves the properties of the vegetables and naturally enhances their flavours.
Inamorà with Saffron
Inamorà allo Zafferano is a low-fat and partially seasoned cheese, it stands out thanks to the natural yellow color given by the precious spice of local production. It is perfect to be savored after cooking and to embellish risottos and pasta dishes with its delicate but decisive taste.
Porchetta
More than typical, the porchetta with its strong flavor in which there is a high spicy component, goes very well with grilled vegetables, peppers and zucchini, but is unsurpassed for preparing a gourmet sandwich. It goes well with slightly sparkling wines with a fresh and harmonious taste, but also harmonizes wonderfully with creamier and sweeter amber beers.

At MasoVerde you can find zero-food-miles products of natural and local cultivation, based on the current season, including asparagus, strawberries, cherries, watermelons, melons, walnuts and truffles from Lessinia.
Monte Veronese D.O.C. e D.O.P. - Fresco e Mezzano
It is produced exclusively with whole milk and has a maturation that varies from 25 to 40 days. Its taste is delicate and is characterized by a slightly straw-coloured paste and scattered small holes.
Sweet and sour zucchini
MasoVerde's sweet and sour zucchini are a treasure trove of goodness. Their taste between sweet and sour, they are a quick side dish, ideal to accompany meat or fish or served as a snack.
Round peppers with tuna and anchovies
